In addition to serving my own clients, I also provide services to other attorneys.
If you are a Massachusetts attorney who needs assistance with a Medicaid( Mass Health ) or elder law issues , I may be able to help. You may have a client with Mass Health application issues or an appeal with the Board of Hearings after a denial of benefits. I can offer consulting services or I can co-counsel with you and represent your client.
If you have a client with a trust document and you're not sure if it would hold up to Mass Health scrutiny, I was the chair and presenter of a course in April 2011 for the Massachusetts Bar Association teaching other attorneys what issues will cause challenges in trust documents and how to draft new Mass Health compliant trust documents. I would be happy to review your trust documents and provide an analysis.
If you are an out of state attorney with a client who has a relative in Western Massachusetts needing Elder Law or Estate Planning Services, I can be of assistance. If the issue is outside my practice area or in a different part of Massachusetts, I can put you in touch with another qualified attorney who can meet your needs.
